Tri-berry smoothie

This scrumptious sweet smoothie is superb post-run, or for breakfast/lunch. Oat cakes add a lovely texture.

Method:

Simply drop these ingredients into a blender for about 30-60 seconds.

  • 1x cup cramberry & raspberry juice
  • 5x large strawberries
  • 1x handful blueberries
  • 1x handful raspberries
  • 1x banana
  • 5x slices mango
  • 3x tbsp raspberry bio yoghurt
  • Ice cubes optional for extra freshness
  • 3x oatcakes optional for extra texture
