Tri-berry smoothie
This scrumptious sweet smoothie is superb post-run, or for breakfast/lunch. Oat cakes add a lovely texture.
Method:
Simply drop these ingredients into a blender for about 30-60 seconds.
- 1x cup cramberry & raspberry juice
- 5x large strawberries
- 1x handful blueberries
- 1x handful raspberries
- 1x banana
- 5x slices mango
- 3x tbsp raspberry bio yoghurt
- Ice cubes optional for extra freshness
- 3x oatcakes optional for extra texture
