Hulk power smoothie
This powerful – but perhaps ugly – smoothie contains a rich mix of greens & fruit. Coconut milk adds a touch of sweetness. Spinach & chia seeds will give you real power!
Method:
Simply drop these ingredients into a blender for about 30-60 seconds.
- 2x bananas
- 1x handful pomegranate seeds
- 1x handful baby spinach
- 1x apple
- 1x tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup Coconut milk
- Squeeze of lime
- Ice cubes optional for extra freshness
Chia seeds contain a massive amount of nutrients, high in fibre and protein, loaded with energy and antioxidants. Used by the Tarahumara – the superathletes of running.
