Mellow Yellow smoothie

This gorgeous, smoothie contains an exotic mix of refreshing, energising and thirst quenching fruit. Pineapple adds a lovely touch of sweetness.

Method:

Simply drop these ingredients into a blender for about 20-30 seconds.

  • 2x bananas
  • 1/3 honeydew melon
  • 1x small cup pure orange juice
  • 1x red apple
  • 1x handful freshly chopped pineapple chunks
  • 1x tbsp runny honey

Optional:
1x tbsp natural bio yoghurt


Makes 3-4 glasses

Ice cubes optional for extra freshness
