Red berry buster smoothie
This sweet smoothie is ideal for run recovery or a breakfast. Oat cakes add a lovely texture.
Method:
Simply drop these ingredients into a blender for about 20-30 seconds.
- 1x cup apple & raspberry juice
- 2x large strawberries
- 2x cherry tomatoes
- 1x banana
- 1x apple
- 3x oatcakes
- 5x grapes
- Ice cubes optional for extra freshness
