GoManGo smoothie
This deliciously sweet smoothie is superb post-run, or for breakfast/lunch.
Mango, pear, plumb… nom nom
Method:
Simply drop these ingredients into a blender for about 30-60 seconds.
- 1x cup apple juice
- 5x slices fresh mango
- 2x handfuls black grapes
- 1x pear, freshly sliced and cored
- 1x ripe plumb
- 2x oat cakes
- 2x tbsp natural bio yoghurt
- Ice cubes optional for extra freshness
