GoManGo smoothie

This deliciously sweet smoothie is superb post-run, or for breakfast/lunch.
Mango, pear, plumb… nom nom

Method:

Simply drop these ingredients into a blender for about 30-60 seconds.

  • 1x cup apple juice
  • 5x slices fresh mango
  • 2x handfuls black grapes
  • 1x pear, freshly sliced and cored
  • 1x ripe plumb
  • 2x oat cakes
  • 2x tbsp natural bio yoghurt
  • Ice cubes optional for extra freshness
