Sweet strawberry smasher smoothie

This sweet strawberry smoothie is superb pre or post-run. Nice and creamy too.

Method:

Simply drop these ingredients into a blender for about 30-60 seconds.

  • 1x cup apple & raspberry juice
  • 10x large strawberries
  • 2x handfuls blueberries
  • 1x handful grapes
  • 1x red apple
  • 2x tbsp natural bio yoghurt
  • 2x tbsp strawberry greek style frozen yoghurt
  • 3x ice cubes
