Sweet strawberry smasher smoothie
This sweet strawberry smoothie is superb pre or post-run. Nice and creamy too.
Method:
Simply drop these ingredients into a blender for about 30-60 seconds.
- 1x cup apple & raspberry juice
- 10x large strawberries
- 2x handfuls blueberries
- 1x handful grapes
- 1x red apple
- 2x tbsp natural bio yoghurt
- 2x tbsp strawberry greek style frozen yoghurt
- 3x ice cubes
