Nicky touched on pretty much everything you would want to know. She also built in plenty of time and/or opportunity for people to ask questions. So yes, you’d certainly get a chance to discuss training session mileage with her. I’d honestly go again but am booked on a trail running race weekend that Sat & Sun.
